Responsible procurement

Track and report diversity within our supply chain

Our spend with diverse suppliers in the US was $66m vs $59m in 2016.

Integrate corporate responsibility criteria into the selection and evaluation process for all preferred suppliers

Onboarded suppliers are required to complete due diligence questionnaires covering responsible business and human rights.

Introducing our new three-year targets

We have engaged with internal and external and stakeholders to define a new set of Responsible Business targets for 2018-2020. We will collaborate with colleagues in our owned, leased, managed and franchised hotels and corporate offices around the world to deliver these targets in the years to come.
